¡Saboréalo! Un Paseo por la Cocina Peruana

Today we embark on a gastronomic adventure full of vibrant flavors and colors: Peruvian cuisine! Get ready for every bite to be a delight.

Ceviche, one of the most emblematic dishes, combines fresh fish marinated in lemon with red onion, chili and cilantro, creating an explosion of refreshing flavor. Another classic is “lomo saltado”, a creole dish that combines tender beef sautéed with onion, tomato and French fries, seasoned with soy sauce and yellow chili pepper.

But wait, what about a ají de gallina? It's shredded chicken in a creamy yellow chili sauce... A true delight! And if you are more on the sea side, you will fall in love with rice with seafood. Rice with a mix of fresh seafood, peppers and spices! Yum!

You can't leave without trying “el suspiro a la lima”, with that sweet cream of milk and a touch of pisco liqueur... it will leave you sighing for more! And for something lighter, “mazamorras” are perfect. Made with purple corn or guanábana, they are the ideal sweet touch to close a great meal!

To make it short, Peruvian cuisine is an explosion of flavors that will leave you wanting more. From the coast to the jungle, each dish is a masterpiece full of passion and tradition. So sit back and enjoy, Cheers and bon appetit!
